Drop Down Selections makes it Fast & Easy to operate. Drop Down Boxes have an "Edit" that you can modify the drop down selections for future use. Time Stamp fields will insert time, dates from the iPad. Any text can be modified to fit your department needs at the time of ordering. Left shows program starting out, right shows filling it out.

This section shows how the drop downs work and how the program evolves as it is filled out. It starts out with Run Information, attack strategy then an area to place all IC staff. Next area is for documenting all apparatus with their assignment and floor they are working on. Each assignment is time stamped, as crews complete a task, you can time stamp the assignment as complete, then the samecrew can be added as an another assignment. When printing the report it will show all assignments for each crew.
